| Hello from Washington State Hello All, Just wanted to say hi to everyone here. I've been reading this forum for the last few days now and seems like it's a great place to learn new things in hometheater. I slowly got my pieces together and thought I have a good sounding hometheater system. Well now that I've been reading posts here, especially about the BFD, I think my system may not be as good as it could be. So I'm here to learn and hopefully you guys can give a hand along the way... Thanks, Gnoat. | |||

| Re: Hello from Washington State: dsp 1100p Thanks for warm welcome everyone... Scuba Diver, Looks like I'm not too far from you. Okay, I have a BFD 1100P, will this work for taming two subs? Will it work with REW? Or should I just get a BFD 1124P? Thanks, Gnoat. | |||

| | Re: Hello from Washington State: dsp 1100p Hi Gnoat and welcome to the Shack! Yes... you can tame two subs, three sub, four subs... with the 1100. I recommend using one channel for all subs... same filters for all subs. I do this with three subs and it works very well. No way to equalize each individually. You may want to inquire about the compatibility with REW in those forums. I know you can use REW in conjunction with the 1100, but you may have to load the filters manually. | |||
