G'day from down under

G'day fellow HT enthusiats yes you guessed it I'm an Aussie,
MY name's Rick also a christain,48 years of age ,married to wife Jenny for 25 years with 3 beautifull daughters Rebecca 24, Tara 22 and Amanda 19.
I grew up through the Late 60's and 70's listening to my father's audio systems ,in retail Hifi stores centre of Sydney after school,he Tech repaired and also managed these stores,Hence my love affair with audio and now HT.
I'm not a Electronics technician like my father but just an average electrician ,that managess to install the occasional Hometheatre room for some of my customers while also making a living doing normal electrical installations for others.
Personally I'm a jack of many trades but an expert at none and look forwood to plenty of reading - learning and unfortunatley I been told having a bad habit of asking many questions.
I love DIY, have built a few devices e.g speaker crossovers and Power conditioners and am thinking of building Subys next.

So there you have it ,look forwood to meeting you on the forums .

No i'm sorry I'm at Coffs Harbour(N.S.W) if you havn't changed your address which says Adelaide where miles apart.Thanks for the kind welcome .....more importantly what sort of gear are you running.....I've have a mixer of SonyES ,Denon and Rotel.

Sounds like you've got some nice gear..
I'm currently running Benq projector with Anamorphic lens, Yamaha AVR, Boston Acoustics, Parasound and Krix speakers..in a dedicated theatre..
I've actually moved about a 100K. southeast of Adelaide, so I'm just that bit closer..
