New Guy In Town


Hello!! from Central Ontario Canada.A little about myself I am A hard core DIY projector builder and have recently built 1 DIY working projector and have a second in progress if allowed to do so here are my p.j's.I am a 38yr old optics Tech here in my home town.As for a theater my wife and I are in the middle of moving to a new home so i will keep and start a post or a log of my home theater setup and progress as soon as we move.

Welcome to the Shack, Drifter! The first pic looks like a "Hass" design from Lumenlab. What LCD did you use in it?

The LCD that i used in it is a 15" Dell yes it is a HAAS design not from Lumenlab though the second one is going to be the ultimate one it is based on the xbox the center will be illuminated and the fans at the back will be illuminated green,i can't wait for it to be completed,using a 7"LCD in it.

Here is a couple of shots of the p.j in action.The screen is 8 feet tall and 10 feet wide using pearl clearcoat much brighter in person.
