Home Theatre Reference PowerCenter HTS 3600 features Monster Clean Power Stage 3 application-specific filters, four patented discrete filter sections and three separate coax in/out for cable TV, DBS and DSS equipment, which is also protected from AC power noise. A dimmer-controlled high sensitivity meter monitors incoming voltage available to connected equipment and their cumulative draw, expressed in amps.HTS 3600 also has a 2960-joule rating for maximum surge and spike protection, an 8ft. high current PowerLine 200 cable and a remote activation circuit for auto turn-on of switched/timed outlets. HTS 3600 has two switched and two switched/timed outlets for sequential power turn-on and six unswitched outlets for components that require constant current.

A visible difference in picture quality... August 29, 2005

For those of you that believe that this is nothing more than a high priced surge protector, you will be genuinely pleased and surprised at the difference this device makes in picture quality. I am not an electronics expert but this is a case of seeing is believing. I bought one of these for the plasma unit in my bedroom and the upgrade in picture quality was so great that I immediately purchased another unit for my other plasma TV.
