4 out of 5 stars A good pop ditty in 4 minutes   May 16, 2008
This is like a good snack, it grows on you with each play. I take it for what it is, it's not Shakespeare. I enjoy it and still play it.

I'm wondering why the first sigle from Hard candy is "4 minutes"!! Now that I've bought the whole album and I've listened to all the songs on it, I can say that "4 minutes" is the worst song on the album!!!

2 out of 5 stars hollywood's getting cheap   April 22, 2008

First of all, Timbaland's beats are getting old. He really can produce great songs, but he needs to step it up a bit because this sounds like everything else on his last album.
Also, hollywood should invest in some real instruments because the trumpet line in the song sounds like it's being played on a casio keyboard. Does anybody else think this song would sound much better if the trumpet line wasn't so fake?

1 out of 5 stars Wheres the frase: I CAN MAKE IT ALONE!!!   April 21, 2008

I had been listening this song for the entire week and I think this is not the REAL Madonna, I was expecting something fabulous after Confessions. Madonna do not need Justin Timberlake or anyone to have a number 1 as she made it alone with previous albums. After you listen the song you realize that Timberlake and Timbaland do not understand what is Madonna. I hope the album will be better, but this was not the best presentation, Im sure the song will have success and the album will have high sales, but the REAL fans of Madonna know that this is not HER.

5 out of 5 stars Madonna's 4 Minutes is amazing!!   April 21, 2008

She's done it again; and could she look any hotter? (Oh, that's the video sorry!) This awesome song will go to No. 1 (if it hasn't already). A great new sound for the all-time ruler of pop; Madonna is one brilliant lady; again her choice in collaboration seemed odd and insane at first, then the rest of us catch up and realize she knows just what works. JT and Timbaland are great influences, but without doubt these 4 minutes are on Madonna's watch.
