Like the sound and the beat October 8, 2008 Sergio I do like this song a lot! One of the songs I play a lot. Really catchy, nice rock/dance sound. The other song I like a lot right now if you click see my other reviews you can see my review on that song (The Warehouse Band). They are new on myspace, like em a lot.
Shake, Shake, Shake, Shake, Shake it. October 6, 2008 Dri the Complex Lonely (USA) How annoying is this song? He says shake about 50x and it gets so damn repetitive. 2 stars.
Great for workout music, otherwise it's a little boring September 28, 2008 K. Daum (Northwest, United States) There's not much to look forward to in the way of lyrics with this song, but it's a good workout song and keeps me moving. Lyrics are repetitive, but it doesn't bother me because the song is short enough that I don't find myself thinking, "Guh, when is this song going to end???" Nothing offensive in the lyrics, either, btw.
I hate this song and wish I hadn't bought it. September 15, 2008 Benjamin D. Stephens 2 out of 4 found this review helpful
After two listens I regret using my 5 Pepsi points on this song. It's terrible.

Metro Station's "Shake It" is an innocuous, light dance hit. There's not much to it except the chorus of "Shake, shake, shake it!" It's conga-line music. Not too deep nor complicated. Good for dancing, but little else. Metro Station's song is family-friendly. It isn't raunchy like Flo Rida's "Low",nor does it have controversial subject matter like Katy Perry's "I kissed a girl." It's good for a wedding reception,a club,a high school dance. "Shake it" is more catchy than sensual. It leaves you shaken, not stirred.
