I'm only in the first of the three levels of this video and it's such a terrific workout for only being 22 minutes long. I really feel as if I've accomplished something when I'm finished. It's only been a week and I'm already noticing positive changes in my body. I love to work out hard and I know this video will keep pushing me to the next level. I'm so glad I found this video!!

I tend to be a bit of a slacker sometimes when working out. This video is great for the days that I want a short full body work out because it includes every muscle. However, because it is a short full body work out it's very intense. But that's what it takes to see results in such a short work out.

As a personal trainer this is a product I can really can stand behind. The 20 minute format is easy to fit in the schedule. The workout is intense yet the exercises are simple and easy to undersatnd, nothing too complicated or confusing. You will see results and feel the difference within 1 week.

To start with, I hate workout DVDs, I have the attention span of a fruit fly, and I was immediately skeptical of any 20-minute workout. However, I figured all of the positive reviews had to mean something, so I gave this dvd a try, and it has given me results that I would never have expected. I run about 3-5 miles a few times a week, but haven't done much strength training. I thought I was in reasonable shape, but even level one of this kicked my butt.

This DVD is effective because of the circuit training -- each section is so short that you know that if you keep at it, you'll be able to do it. Even if, for example, one of the strength training exercises is too hard for you, each one is at most a minute long, so you have incentive to do what you can and keep trying. Some of the compound exercises in levels two and three were too hard for me at first, so I modified by doing each part alternately (like, do the squat, then do the bicep curl) until I could do them together. I alternate the workouts so I don't get bored, and it's easy to mix things up by increasing the weights you use in workout one, or doing more reps, etc.

For what it's worth, I have gone down three jean sizes in the two months I've been doing this DVD, and my back doesn't hurt anymore. There were parts of my body I didn't even realize were out of shape until I saw the changes from this workout. This DVD has done more for my fitness and health than anything else I've ever tried. Jillian is amazing.

Love it. I've been doing this for four weeks now. Haven't been able to do it every day, I've been taking the weekends off. It makes a difference if you really do it. In 20 minutes I work up a crazy sweat and felt great. Definitely recommend the video.
