Great beginners DVD June 15, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I'm new to this yoga thing and didn't want to jump into a class right away. So I decided to try yoga on my own first. Been doing this DVD for about a few weeks now and I can say that my back is not as sore or as tight. This dvd really helps with people that have little or no flexibility (i.e. me). I do both AM and PM section daily and have noticed a lot of improvement in my mobility.
So relaxing! February 28, 2006 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I love the p.m. yoga! I find that it is an excellent stress reliever, and the chronic pain in my upper back is much more manageable! I didn't find the a.m. as enjoyable as the p.m. one, but it is nice to change it up now and again! Definitely recommend this to beginners!
Falls Short, just like the length July 16, 2004 7 out of 10 found this review helpful
I just bought this DVD along with another Yoga DVD. This one is more of a meditation and relaxation video than a workout video. Most people say the segments are each 20 minutes long, but that's only if you do all of the meditation. The workouts are actually 13 minutes for the AM and 18 minutes for the PM. The other video I purchased has so much more to offer with more than one routine and much more length. If you don't want to spend a lot of time working out, press stop when you're ready. This video is over before you know it. In addition, the PM section wakes you up more than the AM, so I'd reverse the order when using. Definitely go for a Bryan Kest video.
Simple and relaxing... July 13, 2004 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Works for both my small boy and myself. Relaxing, easy to follow, and not too long.
Love this DVD!! June 4, 2004 I do the PM part of this DVD each morning and can't believe the difference it makes in my body after just 25 minutes of yoga. This DVD is perfect for those who are not very flexible (me included). What I can't figure out is why the woman in the PM part is in the middle of a sandstorm while Rodney Yee (AM part) is in an idyllic beach setting!
