Mixed feelings... January 27, 2008 S. Siddiqui (Toronto, ON Canada) I found the number of moves targetting the abs were limited and were very repetitive. Personally I like doing a combination of different moves so that I don't get bored. Some of the positions were a bit challenging, but with practice they should become easier. The actual abdominal yoga section was only about 10 minutes, so I would recommend this for those looking for quick strengthening sessions.
Works perfect for your need in short time November 27, 2007 K. R. Andhavarapu (Atlanta) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Guys and girls, Go for it without a thought! It worked like a miracle. If you have back pains or abs fat to reduce, this is excellent and master work from Rodney Lee. It is tough in the first few days to do exactly what Rodney instructs us to follow. But in few weeks(2 or more), you can do most of it. Don't kill yourself for perfection! It comes slowly once the body tunes. If you skip commercials or titles etc, it takes 20 to 25 minutes including relaxation. I have VHS and trying to covert it into DVD by myself if it is not any copy rights violation etc. regards Kote
Not for beginners with weak muscles July 28, 2005 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
If you don't already have some strength in your abs and back, you will find this workout tough. You won't be able to do as many reps of the straight leg raises for example, as Rodney Yee does...and you will feel the burn! It's not my favourite yoga workout, but that's because it's soooo hard! Does it work? I haven't stuck with it long enough to find out for sure because it's just too hard on my back which has been injured one too many times. But if you're looking for a challenging yoga workout, this is definitely one to try.
