I bought this DVD set after having seen the TV show a few times. I have several DVDs that I work out with, and I figured I'd make this part of it. What I didn't expect was how often I was putting it in the rotation. This is a flow style yoga with emphasis on moving with the breath. It was very relaxing and energizing at the same time. Some of the episodes are a little advanced for me, but I keep wanting to try them and challenge myself. And of course, I loved all the beautiful outdoor shots in and around Vancouver. This would be a good set for an intermediate level yoga practitioner.
