I own alot of dance workout DVDs, but this is one of my favourites. The title is a bit of a misnomer. It's not quite a belly dancing workout (it's not classic belly dancing). Rather, I would describe these routines as bellydancing / bollywood / aerobics (and maybe even hip hop) fusion. The moves are often familiar, but with an exotic flare. There are 3 dance routines and a warm down. As all Dance Off the Inches videos, there is also a Step Guide to help you learn the moves. I am an intermediate to advanced dancer, so I did not need to use this feature. Each step is shown first using only the legs, and then with a variation, and then the arms are added. They are repeated several times, and there is excellent cuing by the instructor. I never missed a step. You never stop moving to learn the step: it's a continuous workout. The dance moves are different and fun. Your memory will be challenged - these steps move quickly. But with the instructor's excellent cuing, this is a bonus (you break into a real sweat) not a problem. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to try a new style of dancing, who is confortable doing dance/aerobics, and who wants to break into a sweat with cardio. A+++
