I haven't liked all the Christi Taylor I've tried, but this one I really enjoy. Her choreography is somewhat complicated, so be sure you're up to the challenge. The dance-based aerobics are fun and the DVD includes lots of special features including a guide to the choreography and various bonus exercises (including stretch, pilates, back and butt, core ball workout, squats and push-ups, abs). The music is a bit silly and Christi is tempted to sing along sometimes, but it's not very bothersome. Generally, I just do the half-hour or so of cardio and use other videos for abs etc. The sequence of the aerobics is several routines, which she breaks down into several steps at a time and ads on. But the pace is never slowed, so you have to be able to keep up. Fun and creative.
