This workout is perfect for people who'd rather attend a dance class than an aerobics class. It is, in fact, basically a dance class. Be prepared to learn dance choreography and be prepared to sweat!

I've heard good things about this instructor, so decided to give it a try. I will either return it or just give it away. It was more of a dance instruction video - I know it emphasizes dance, but most cardio videos that do that are still mostly cardio with dance "flavour", this felt like I was learning to dance and not well. I found the way they had a tiled screen showing the back view of moves very confusing, and it made it hard to follow what I was supposed to do. I am fairly experienced in doing workout videos, AND I have a dance background, so usually if I don't get a move right away I can pick it up sooner or later - not with this video. He also has a fair number of moves where you face away from the screen - not the best idea on a TV workout!! I actually stopped this video three-quarters of the way through and finished my workout using another video. If you are very coordinated and want to be able to do choreographed dance routines, this video would work for you, but I will never buy one by this instructor again.
