I found this video to be a VERY low budget, low quality homemade video. It is set in her living room and I found it to be nothing like real yoga where each posture flows into the next. She was all over the place and the direction and sound quality was poor. I would not recommend this video. If you're short on time like me, I found the 'Perfect In Ten Yoga' dvd and any of the Yoga Zone discs to be great for those of us who just have 10 to 20 minutes to do a quick routine.
