A Really great workout....if you want to break out of your plateau! February 8, 2009

Amy's A-Team Boot Camp workout is what will get you our of your comfort zone. I do alot of work outs and everyonce and a while you need a kick butt work out, this is it, I like the intervals she uses with cardio and then the weights, your always moving,and Amy is great in keeping you motivated to get through the exercises. Love this workout, and you feel great once your done, and yea there is a little soreness the day after, but that means you worked hard and not for nothing.:)

This is a great video and will keep you on your toes for a full hour. I really enjoy Amy and her upbeat energy. I would recommend this video to anyone looking for a challenge and more variety to their workout she will really whip you into shape fast
