I was looking for a DVD that would make me want to shake my bootie, listen to fun music and learn some cool moves along the way; well, this is certainly not what I got.
br /Unfortunatly, a few minutes after the workout starts (if you want to call it that!) you realize that you've been taken for a ride: the set is cheap but the most shocking is that the teacher is barely doing anything! The moves are totally boring and it seems like her cardio-endurance level is that of a 70 year old!
br /I had no fun, I did not break a sweat, and the DVD is cheap. I truly feel like Amazone should have double-checked the quality of this DVD before cheating me out of 24$!
