"To unravel a murder, you have to strip it to the bone" June 19, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This dvd hasn't been released yet, so why would anybody review it? More to the point, why am I reviewing it right now? Well, just to tell you that you should buy it, as I'm going to.
I saw every episode of this second season of "Bones" up to this point, and I'm happy to say that it is even better than the first. From my point of view, this great tv series combines originality, interesting whodunnits and characters that make you laugh, and sometimes even think more than usual. It is entertainment, but good entertainment, the kind you can recommend to others, exactly what I'm doing right now :)
You haven't watched the first season of "Bones", and are reading my review just by chance? Well, take advantage of this opportunity to give a promising new show a chance, but remember to watch first "Bones: season 1". Do you want to know more about this series, before doing so? Well, the main characters are Dr. Temperance Brennan (Emily Deschanel), a forensic anthropologist that works at the Jeffersonian and writes novels in her free time. Temperance and some of her coworkers somehow end up helping the FBI to solve old crimes. Their contact is an FBI agent called Seely Booth (David Boreanaz), and even though they don't see eye to eye at first, they end up making a strange but oddly charming team. Believe me, even if the general plot of "Bones" doesn't seem to be outstanding, the show is something special, so good that if you give it a chance you will become a fan.
You are, like me, a great "Bones" fan? Then you have already watched almost every episode in this second season, and know just how good this show is. You are eagerly waiting for the final episodes, but you are already pretty sure of something: you will buy this dvd. The reason for that is a simple one: it is worth it!
Of course, highly recommended...
