Amazon.ca The decrepit, loathsome and preposterously funny world of Sunnyvale Trailer Park begins season four in familiar fashion when anxious Julian (John Paul Tremblay), shirtless Randy (Patrick Roach), and hard-luck Lahey (John Dunsworth) all return home from prison. Typically, things have changed in the old neighborhood. Hirsute Ricky (Robb Wells) and weird Bubbles (Mike Smith) are growing a new dope farm and Lahey's old manager's trailer is now occupied by a new park boss (that would be Ricky). Things go downhill from there as subsequent episodes find a battle for possession of the park financed by pot, Bubbles takes on a wrestling persona as the Green Bastard, a cougar residing in the marijuana fields beats hell out of several of these losers, and Julian is mistaken for a Sasquatch. If one is new to ITrailer Park Boys/I, getting used to the mockumentary-style textures, rhythms, and language of the show takes a little time. But once one adapts, this Canadian comedy is well worth the effort. I--Tom Keogh/I

Great and funny show October 13, 2005 David B. Mustard (Salem Oregon USA) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
Trailer Park Boys is by far the best show no television. I just wish that it was shown in the United States. But I do have all of the DVD's. Season Four was another classic. I enjoyed all of the episodes
The Funniest thing on tv brought to dvd May 8, 2005 Johnny Coldpepper (Ontario, Canada) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Trailer Park Boys has to be the funniest thing on TV; although its cheesiness might shy away viewers, not to mention the language, you soon feel yourself getting to know the boys ... and then your hooked. Although it is best to tune in every Sunday at 9 to showcase for the weekly episode I find it funnier to watch them commercial free and back to back on the dvds. If you like the show or have just started watching it, go buy the dvds right away. Great shows put into a Great dvd maximizing viewing pleasure for all T.P.B fans If you dont believe me look at the sales.... Trailer park boys season 4 dvd is the number one seller in Canada
Previews Very Annoying, but TPB's Excellent! April 17, 2005 Todd (Toronto) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
Excellent DVD set and very, very funny.brUnfortunately, what makes this set very upsetting is that it forces you to watch two very long unrelated movie previews/ads, prior to getting to the Trailer Park Boys Menu. You CAN NOT skip past them and must watch them every time you put this DVD in your player. Advice: watch it on your personal computer where you can skip the previews. Still worth buying.
Great Buy! April 17, 2005 darkangle77 (Saint John, New Brunswick Canada) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
For fans and people who are new to the Boys, this is a great buy!pSeason 4 is great and just like the last three seaons it's very funny!pThe movie ads at the start of the DVD are annoying, but you can press menu to skip them. I guess thats a side effect of getting the DVD out to wider markets. pMy suggestion is to get it!!
GREAT DVD, but Previews Suck!! April 13, 2005 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
Of course the Trailer Park Boys DVD is great as usual, featuring many special features. The big disappointment has NOTHING to do with the show. When you first pop in the DVD, you are FORCED to watch movie previews for about 5 minutes before you can get to TPB. And you can't skip them! As usual, Great Job for the Trailer Park Boys, but for the DVD company, let's skip these ads next time around!
