Excellent! September 16, 2007 Golda David This is a great video to change your workout out a little bit every week. Great for toning, not so great for aerobics (because there isn't enough of it per workout). Really a great video for your collection, provided that you plan on really trying it. This would help you tone up, for sure!

As the other reviewers have stated, you can pick and choose segments to suit the time you have to workout. A little hard on the knees because there's a lot of lunging forward and some jumping - however, you can tailor that to suit you if you have knee pain like I do. Great workout, it's like having a trainer in your home. I highly recommend this DVD, and the first one too!

I received this dvd yesterday and gave it a try last night. This is a great workout dvd and I sure worked up a sweat! I really like the fact that you can pick and choose the different segments to create your own workout. I didn't try any of the men's segments but apparently they are great. If you want to sweat, buy this one!

I loved this workout. There are 9 little sections to select from, so you can tailor your own work out depending on how much time you have. Really intense cardio and great sculpting segments. I loved how much it challenged my body. You have to be careful about your knees, as there is quite a bit of jumping. But workout segments range from 5min to 15 min, so they are very time efficient. I work out regularly, and this was a welcome change to the everyday rut that I was in. For the cost, this is a great value for your money!
