Amazon.ca emCrazy Love/em, Michael Bublé's first CD in two and a half years, features two original songs along with his always original take on 11 standards from various eras. The multi-Grammy winning artist hunkered down in recording studios in LA, Brooklyn, New York and his hometown of Vancouver for the last six months to make his 'ultimate record about the inevitable roller coaster ride of relationships.' The first single, 'Haven't Met You Yet,' written by Bublé (with Alan Chang and Amy Foster) is scheduled to be released to radio on August 31st. Additional tunes on the album include 'Cry Me A River,' 'You're Nobody Till Somebody Loves You,' 'Georgia On My Mind' and 'Baby (You've Got What It Takes)' which was performed with Sharon Jones and The Dap-Kings. The title song is a cover of the Van Morrison gem 'Crazy Love.' The CD closes out with a haunting version of 'Stardust' which is performed with the acapella group Naturally 7. The album was produced by David Foster, Bob Rock, and Humberto Gatica.

Michael Buble does it again November 20, 2009 Jane Doran (Sidney, BC Canada) This album is one of his best yet. His new songs "I Haven't Met You Yet" and "Whatever It Takes" are number one. I would recommend this album if you are a true Buble fan.
Absolutely amazing November 19, 2009 J. Martinez (Canada) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....I love this CD!!!, I got it today and I've listened to it many times! I love every single song on it, it's relaxing and Michael's voice takes you far away from stress and workload.
Crazy croon album sets your pants on fire November 6, 2009 A. Kaminsky (Edmonton, AB Canada) No shame in admitting how talented and impacting this guys voice is. This album will garner awards one after another. Truly his best album yet. An album vital to every listener of croon.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - NO DISAPPOINTMENT HERE!! October 19, 2009 Helen Gregor (Canada) I don't know how anyone can find this CD disappointing. It is absolutely amazing. I have listened to it at least ten times since I bought it and I love every track on the CD. Another smash hit for Michael Buble. Keep them coming. What a talented and funny gentleman. Also just love the music video for 'Haven't Met You Yet".
Disappointed October 13, 2009 Traditional Music Lover (Victoria, BC, Canada) 1 out of 6 found this review helpful
I am a huge Michael Buble fan but am disappointed in this CD. I am familiar with all of Michael's work, even the ones he put out before he hit it big in 2003. Unfortunately, he has taken the music on this CD in a new direction. Gone are the traditional music arrangements and smooth baritone vocals. The traditional music was the reason that I fell in love with his CD's in the first place. I must have purchased at least four of the self titled CD in 2003, one for each car, one for the in the house and one for the Walkman. Probably purchased at least one for a gift as well. There was only one song on the 2003 CD that I never listened to " How Can You Mend a Broken Heart ". Then, in the years since, through two more CD's. " It's Time " and " Call Me Irresponsible ", while the songs and arrangements were, for the most part enjoyable, there were more than two or three songs that I did not enjoy and never listened to. Now, here is " Crazy Love ". Traditional arrangements are gone. Vocals are more like they were sung at a live venue. Phrasing and diction are gone as well. The only song I like on " Crazy Love " is Stardust. It is the only song that is arranged and sung in the traditional way. It is, unfortunately also available on another Michael Buble CD - i.e. Live at Madison Square Garden. Colour me disappointed, because like I said before, I am a huge Michael Buble fan and was eagerly awaiting this CD. I am sure it will sell like hotcakes, but for those fans, like me who want their music traditional, familiar, etc this CD will disappoint.
