I bought this Processor in july 2007 br /its still working mega well and has been a sturdy processor br /i have no complaints what so ever about it br /"it does what it says on the tin" br /very good processor for those who wanna game or even for other uses br /a deffo must buy! br /

I wasn't really sure about AMD to start with. I Bought a an athalon 64x2 4500+ processor and that was OK. A bit slow i must say however it ran both windows vista32bit and 64bit with no problem. I then thought of going back to intel when i stumbled upon the 6000+. It was a good buy, Cheaper than intel. The upgrade was no problem. One processor our the other in. I didnt have to reinstall windows or anything. Instant detection by vista..... The only thing i advise is. ... invest in windows 64 bit because 32 bit only handles 3BG ram.... and thats not fair on this marvellous processor.

This processor is excellent and I got it just days before the price went up, at 92. Well recommended.
