Product Description How do I choose the right size wall mount bracket for my LCD/Plasma TV? Is this PLB103M compatible with my TV? 1). Check the back of your TV and find the four threaded holes (if there is no threaded holes or less then four holes, then the TV is not classified as wall-mountable); 2). Measure the horizontal and vertical distances between them (in mm); for example, horizontal = 400mm vertical =200mm; 3). Select a bracket whose supported max. mounting-hole pattern is larger than one you have just measured; but the overall size should be smaller than the TV otherwise the bracket will be stickout from the back of the TV; 4). You might also want to check whether the TV connections/ports is facing backward or not, if yes then do NOT select super slim wall brackets like PLB104 and PLB105 series because you might have great difficulties to get the cables into the slim space between the TV and wall. Don't just look at the TV sizes mentioned on the item title, it is only for general references. Does exactly what they say... October 3, 2008 Bought this bracket after reading the other reviews. And i have to agree, it does exactly what they claim. Very sturdy bracket - 6 wall bolts. Put my bracket onto a front room brick wall and it is totally solid! My 42 inch flat LG tv sits on it perfectly and safely. Make sure you use a spirit level when starting the drill holes. The left / right position is not that important because you can move the mount sideways later, but any bad leveling would show. Take your time, drill pilot holes first, put down a dust sheet around where you work. Basic diy. All the bolts and stuff is included in the box. Totally recommended!!!! Don't buy any bracket from a high street shop - they are ripping you off. I was quoted 150 quid for the same thing. Upto 200 quid for another version. 19 quid + 12 postage... an absolute must have.

Many similar products on the web September 6, 2008 There are many brackets of this ilk with many people selling them. I have such a bracket and paid 40 for it so this has to be a bargain. They are very solid, but if this is your first venture into mounting a TV note what a few people have said about the slide in bar - looks hopeless and it waggles about a lot. The pad lock in the picture is odd becasue is doesnt padlock anything other than go thru the hole in the sliding bar to prevent it being slide off by Mr Burgler! A good bolt through it and straight into the wall (with a spacer) would make it more robust, but your average robber could take this out. Looks like the bracket comes with "all the fixing bolts you'll need" - you need specific ones to attach the hooks to the back of your new pride and joy. Pity mine didnt!!!!!!!!!! Got to be a good buy and cheaper than the one I bought from a well known TV bracket co on the web (sounds similar to an huge american toy co. superstore)
lg 42inch LCD July 14, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I ordered this bracket for my 42inch LG on Tuesday afternoon and it was delivered on Thursday morning. The quality and finish of the bracket is very good and certainly does not look cheap. It was simple to install and took less than 30 minutes to fit. All the necessary bolts etc were supplied. All in all I am very happy with the product and the delivery time.

Excellent product for a very competitve price. Easy to fit. Really can't find anything to moan about!!
Bolted and locked to the wall, easy to fit, very strong. June 25, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This was easy to fit, lots of mounting holes so nothing to worry about there. You just lift the telly up, hook it on the bracket at the top, then slide in the bar, couldnt be easier. Depending on TV size (most) you can move the telly left or right and my tip, if you are off a couple of millimeters, there is just enough space under the top runners to slip a small drill bit in to 'tilt' the tv if you cannot make the bracket as level as you thought you had (LOL). You can fit a padlock and lock it down. Getting to cables at back of telly is now as simple as opening a bonnet (without the hunting for the catch though! LOL), just loosen the bolts (by hand) both sides, tilt, fit cable, tilt back, retighten bolts, easy peasy. Even if you took the bolts off, the TV wont come off so no panic about dropping it on the floor. I recommend everyone fitting their LCD or Plasma to the wall. just too easy to nick these TV's now, they may be big but they are lighter than the old widescreens. Although you would notice someone running down the street with a huge telly! My last one was stolen, hence this bracket. Rather they broke it than took it and funded their habits
