Got this to replace a cheaper box and to take advantage of surround sound (not in all areas). Set up was easy and it works great. Great picture. Dolby surround. Nice remote. Somewhat stylish-looking case. It has crashed twice in the 2 months I've had it, but this is not uncommon with many set top boxes (including the last one I had) and all you need to do is unplug and then replug. Easy fo' sheasy.

Bought a Humex F3FOXT, the product is very good with a clear picture and easy to set up. My problem is that the remote control did not work. After numerous E mails and phone calls they agreed that it was faulty and would be replaced. After many E mails and reminders nothing no replys no corrispondance, no after sales.
