Whats all the fuss about?? October 18, 2008 A. Patel (yemen) I bought these headphones as a replacement to my shockingly poor ipod headphones, and I have not been dissapointed. These headphones are excellent, and there is no problem with the bass, which many people have been complaining about. br /I bought these for 7.99 at play.com which is a bargin for such a great pair of headphones. The bottom line is, if you're looking for a decent pair of headphones for your ipod then look no further!
boosted bass October 2, 2008 PT (London UK) I bought these because, in contrast to other headphones I was considering to replace the standard Apple ones with my ipod, the description made no mention of boosting the bass. I prefer straight sound both because I listen to a lot of classical music and because too much bass on pop music through earphones gives me earache! BUT they are in fact bass-boosted, and whilst detail can be good, the sound lacks transparency and presence. So I am disappointed.
