 DON'T BUY if you are looking for a reliable Cable September 25, 2008
Kids getting PS3 for Christmas. Bought this cable to connect it up to a Sony HDTV. Decided to try it out to see if everything was working. Think of the disappointment on Christmas morning if i hadn't! Cable just wouldn't work. Went out and bought the original Sony PS3 HDMI cable and this worked first time. Don't buy this cable if you are looking for a reliable product that works.

This cable is well priced and done exactly what I wanted it to do....connecting my Sony Bravia LCD tv to my Sony Bravia theatre system. This allowed both units to interact and there is no evidence of "crosstalk" coming from the cable.

I have no personal comparison with other such cables but this one looks and feels solid and well made and transmits a flawless image in combination with a high quality SCART cable (I noticed a marked difference on upgrading on the SCART side of the link between DVD and LCD TV).
I cannot see what more quality more money would buy - but then I reckon there is always someone who will want to push it that fraction further, whatever the cost.

Needed a hdmi cable for my new hd ready tv. this was for my son to try out his PS3. A GOOD PRODUCT. needed a cable more than the one metre options. and for the great price which included no postage. arrived in good time and worked fine.
