 Worth the buy to see HD capabilities May 3, 2008
Purchased this on Thursday and received it Friday morning, very pleased! Played fine on Xbox 360 HD drive no problem as I had already updated the firmware on the drive with a patch from Microsoft dated 12/2007, which is still available for those having issues. HD DVD good quality, alot of different samples to view, worth the buy!
Summary: Excellent HD Shots perfect for Tosh EP30 April 15, 2008
Gamble on this one to view the difference of the Standard Definiton DVDs to HD DVDs and was stunned by the quality of the shots, especially shots in Antartica and Aquarium. Was put off a bit by the 2 star reviews, but decided to take the risk and buy it and use it for my Toshiba EP30, glad I did as am well impressed by the quality of a true high definiton video. Only noticable feature on this DVD is the difference in sound output as sound can be louder at times on different clips. Aside from that, if you just wanted to show off your high definiton video to your family or friends then this is the one for you.

It didn't work with my xbox 360 either, until I trawled the web (AV Forums) for the solution, specifically a patch to be downloaded and burned to a blank disc, then inserted into the xbox drive.
Once up and running, it does what it says on the tin and previews other HD-DVDs you can buy. It's handy purely and simply because you can then decide what cowpats to avoid buying, even if this did initially seem to be one of the biggest of them!
So three stars 'cos it serves it's purpose. No more no less.

does not work on hd player its just one big CON. (NOT WORTH A PENNY)
