4 out of 5 stars performs its job   August 16, 2008

All I wanted this for was as a stopwatch- and it seems to perform this task well. In bright blue and yellow plastic it's not something that will be easy to mislay. As with all digital items it comes with multiple buttons which you have to press in odd combinations to set the time/date/day of the week- so don't lose the small instruction manual!

It also features on the hour chiming and an alarm function with snooze, if you need it. If you can figure out how to set these successfully, then it would double as a travel clock. It also does split timing- there's lots of tiny drawings in the manual showing its operation- rather confusing.

It came with the battery already active, so I don't know how long it will go on for. I've also no idea what battery it takes- and as it has seven tiny screws (yes, seven) securing the back, I doubt I want to find out in a hurry.
