I bought this to go in the bedroom and was keen on the energy saving aspects. The assembly is a bit fiddly if you have big hands (like me!), but once together they look good and work well with an agreeable diffused light.

I bought this lamp because I needed something to go on a corner table with not much space, in time for Christmas with guests coming, and not have to bother going shopping. br /Well, there are not too many lamps available on Amazon, but this looked clean and modern, and so it proved to be. Casts a very nice glow, takes up very little room, the energy saving is a bonus. It comes with the bulb included, which is great. Just plug in and use. br /But the mains lead is so short. I need an extension cable just to reach from one end of a three seater to the other. A real minus point.
