Product Description
Can be attached to any Kärcher pressure washer that has the bayonet style attachment to the trigger gun. Predominantly a patio-cleaning device that can be used on fencing, garage doors and a number of different surfaces. It has two dirtblasting nozzles on opposite ends of a propeller attached inside the outer casing. When the high pressure water is blasted through the lance and propeller, a hovercraft effect is created that cleans the whole patio in a tornado effect. It reduces the cleaning task by five times thus decreasing motor ware, water usage and the time spent cleaning by the consumer. The cleaning nozzles are height adjustable to cater for differing floor or wall surfaces being cleaned. Finally the outer casing protects from splash back, which stops irritating dirt being spread around your home. If you prefer cleaning the patio one inch at a time and getting drenched in the process this is not for you. The design and functionality of this gadget is superb. I cleaned the patio and 100 feet of pathways in 2 hours - It used to take a full day. It's as easy to use as a hover mower.

I was almost put off purchasing this item by one previous very poor review,but after using the cleaner a couple of day,s ago I can only assume that the cleaner tried by that reviewer was faulty.
Having spent a lifietime in engineering I am familiar with all kinds of commercial equipment so I can write on this with some authority.
1)Easy to assemble.
2)My drive (blocks) had not been cleaned since laying 12 years ago and was black.
3)Switched my K4 pressure washer ans the the result was startling,immediately revealed was the original shades of red block paving,one slow pass was all that was needed,my drive has a gentle slope to a slot drain so little residue was left behind,i cannot fault ths cleaner.
I lent it to a friend who cleaned a block diveway twice the size of mine,block paths and a rear slab patio with same excellent result.
Worth every penny,i would assume it would work as well on decking and walls.

I bought this at the weekend, very sceptical having read the different reviews but I can honestly say its probably going to save me 4 times the mount of time it would have taken to clean my blocked drive with just the lance, where there is a lot of moss in between bricks you will have to go over a few times to get it up but its hardly hard work!
The best time saving device I have bought for a long time..

First of all I bought this and amazon had it deliverd across the Irish sea in a few days so congrats to them. Excellent service as normal. The device itself has certainly made the job of cleaning the patio easier. It definitely reduces those awful splashes all over the walls and windows and therefore means that it is much quicker and tidier than the lance. If you are very fussy it could be said that it doesnt get the job done just as well as the lance. I "wrote" my childrens names onto part of the dirty patio and then went over it with the T300. You could still see the names after I had washed the area with the T300. Having said this however, I still think that it was a good buy as I am now more likely to clean the patio as the device is very user friendly.
