A little fiddly November 18, 2008 Nick Tann (UK) But a great product for the money. It is a bit tricky to put on but the sound is great. br /Also connects to my iMac no problem. br /Some folks have complained that there is no in car charger but I use my old Nokia phone charger, works a treat!
Super little gadget for a modest price November 4, 2008 Mr. J. S. Coles (uk) The headset came partially charged and only needed about a half hours charge (with the supplied mains charger) before being able to use it. br / br /Simplicity itself "pairing" the headset to my Bluetooth enabled (Nokia) phone following the instructions. A comfortable fit over the ear with a choice of ear pads to suit different ear shapes, however it does make my ear stick out a little. Whilst the headset is very light, you are aware that you're wearing it for the first half hour or so, after which the sensation of wearing it disappears. br / br /It has an on/off control in combination with a rotational volume control. You can adjust the volume of the call as you receive it, but there is no danger of accidentally switching the thing off as to do that you'd have to deliberately hold the control button down for the required two seconds. br / br /Answering a call is done simply by pressing the small micro-switch button on the headset mike, although there is a tiny delay (maybe half a second) before you can receive the call after pressing the button. If you have your headset with you and switched on you can only answer the phone through it and not through your mobile phone. But reception and transmission is very clear and I've not experienced any interference. br / br /I only use this headset when I'm driving so I've not tested the range of this device away from my phone as I always keep my phone with me anyway. br / br /On a full charge this headset has lasted me all day. But as a precaution I charge it every evening. br / br /All in all I think it's a super little gadget for a modest price. br /
Excellent! Why pay more? June 11, 2008 Media monkey (Hampshire UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is great. This is my 4th or 5th Bluetooth headset and it is better than products from the handset manufacturers. Fit is excellent, sound and noise cancellation are first class, voice dialing works well, controls are small (as on all bluetooth headsets)but perfectly useable. An excellent buy and very remarkable value for money. Oh, and it works really well with my Sony Ericsson k850i.
Definitely works with Sony Ericsson! February 7, 2008 Rob Hughes (Plymouth, UK.) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is my 2nd M2500 Bluetooth ear piece, the first died after 2 years of regular use (battery can't hold charge). The new one cost 20 less than the first and by buying from Grey Mobiles I had extra kit included (car charger and phone holder). Very good ear piece - that is why I was happy to replace with same model. Recommended.
From a bluetooth novice June 23, 2007 S. Booker (Liverpool) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is only the second bluetooth handsfree set I have owned. However it is also by far the best. The sound quality of the earphone is very good and the headset itself is very comfortable to use. Due to the over the ear design it does not hang from your ear, after working out how to fit it properly I hardly noticed it was there. br / br /The buttons are sensibly positioned and easy to find by touch. The only real problem I found was with turning the M2500 on and off. This is done by pressing the multi-functional button on the back down for 2 seconds. Most of the time when I did I ended up pushing it up or down as well meaning the hands free set wouldn't turn on. Given time I'm sure I will get used to this though. br / br /The only things that bring the M2500 down are the slight difficulty in fitting it correctly - it isn't the most udjustable handsfree unit in the world and seems to have been designed around someone's idea of the "average" ear, people with larger or smaller ears may have problems. Also the omni-directional microphone picks up your voice as well as everything else happening around you, which can make life difficult for the person at the other end of the line. br / br /Generally a very good bluetooth handsfree set but with a few problems. However for 30 I can't complain to much.
