Hot stuff and at cheap prices January 18, 2006 Mr DRW (Bucks United Kingdom) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I#x27;m amazed how quick MoreFlash processed my order, ordered 1:00pm Tuesday, delivered 1st class post 9:00am Wednesday. pI suppose you could say in "More than a Flash" not only that its 100% Sony not some cheap imitation.pPrice wise they are very very competitive, Jessops and others wanted nearly twice as much.pI will certainly be using them again and would unreservedly recommend others to use them as well.
More than enough space March 29, 2005 49 out of 52 found this review helpful
I have recently purchased th 256 mb stick to up-grade my Sony P73 camera from the bog standard 16 mb supplied which i found by the way to be a waste of time approx 5 mins of video,on the up-grade i am pleased as a tester i set the p73 to video and recorded to my amazement i managed to get nearly 30 mins in so i thought that was great and also i am able to take over 250 pictures with-out filling the card, i feel that this is ample space i mostly down load at the end of the hols etc but i have not reached the full card maximum as yet and of course once down-loaded you are free to start again,or less your a pro and snap at every thing in sight i honestly don,t think you need any more mb,s than 250, i feel that after all the use i have been having with the card i am confident to reassure the above as a great accessory for the Sony P73 Camera
As much space as I realistically need for my Camera January 26, 2005 M. MISER (Nowhere I will tell u) 39 out of 41 found this review helpful
I bought this for my Camera as my Sony DSC-P150, with 7MP takes up a filesize of 2.5MB on average, with this I am able to snap enough fun out of the camera and keep those moments. I don't really need any more than this 256MB, although the 512MB is just a little more pricewise. You make the call....for those wondering if it is enough for your 5MP cameras, yes! It is a good piece of kit all around!
First rate product! January 18, 2005 80 out of 81 found this review helpful
The 2 poor reviews this card has received are from people who bought this Memory Stick Pro when their camera was only compatible with the Memory Stick Duo. This should not reflect badly on the product - only on the buyers...brThis card is flawless - I have even seen tests where it has been boiled in a kettle, hit with a hammer, driven over by a car and then nailed to a tree and it was still possible to retrieve the photos stored on it! brHaving said all that - the Sandisk version of this card is generally a little cheaper and given that these cards are actually made by Sandisk (in a joint venture with Sony) it would seem somewhat unnecessary to pay extra for the same card, just because it has been rebranded with the Sony name.
Does the job, but not lightning fast. January 15, 2005 7 out of 19 found this review helpful
A little disappointed with the speed of these - my Sony V1 is Memory Stick Pro compatible, but the write speed hasn't really gone up much, certainly the burst speed is barely faster.pHowever, given that you can only get 256MB or more (reliably) on a Pro, then does the job, if rather more slowly than I had hoped.
