An excellent piece of kt May 2, 2008 Teaistheanswer (Manchester,UK.) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I bought this to use whilst going about my job as the Powershot G9 i was using is a bit too expensive to risk damaging. It takes great video considering the size. And i was very surprised at the quality of the still shots. One thing that i was really impressed with is the macro mode. One centimetre is very close!.Having two dedicated buttons for photo and video is great. There are a lot of features packed into this little camera. Two things i would improve are the battery life (a 1200mAh would be better) and the overall size. With hands as big as mine it can be a little awkward to hold.
Great little camcorder March 21, 2008 Jaz E (UK) 3 out of 6 found this review helpful
I got this for my son - he is only 9 so I wanted something robust and easy to use. This certainly fits the bill. As it is small it's easy for him to use quality is good. OK it's not for serious movie makers, but I am really impressed overall.

Got to admit I was expecting some thing bigger, but this little camera fits easy into your pocket yet it is so versatile with the editing options. br /I bought it so I could video my training and look at technique, picture is great and it is so easy to use. br /I have not put it down since I got it. br / br /
What a great piece of kit December 13, 2007 Pedro (Surrey) 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
My old camcorder stopped working and I wanted to replace it with one that was easier to transfer to PC. Hard disc camcorders were too expensive so I did a bit of research and came up with the Sanyo. What a great buy. For family memories, movies and pictures it does a great job. OK so the pictures taken inside are not that great since the flash does not work that well and there can be a bit of shake on movies when zoomed in. Having said this its size price and ease of use are fantastic. Unless you are a budding Stephen Spielberg get one.
Great little camera December 9, 2007 Nick Moran (London) 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I bought the sanyo Xacti for filming my blog at my workshop, and didnt want have too precious about it getting dusty or damaged so for the money i thought id take a chance, and have been very impressed with its many functions and the way an single image can be taken from the video footage, for really good quality filming i would be prepared to spend a bit more money but for a camera you can just carry around in your pocket and use it a not so friendly camera invironment like a workshop i think its a very good buy.
