Excellent product August 29, 2006 Sapphire (UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Although this product says that it is for the F5D6001 it also fits the F5D7000uk Belkin desktop wireless card and this is what I purchased it for initially. It allows you to place the antenna in a more suitable position than on the back of the PC drive where the signal may not be at it's best. Fitting is a breeze, just unscrew the antenna already there and screw in the desktop antenna and that's it!
It#x27;s not the same as the picture March 18, 2006 Got mine promptly, but not the same as in the picture. Also came with about 40 inches of cable, not the 60 inches as advertised by Amazon and Belkin. So not really sure if it is a Belkin product. I am still getting some drop outs on my signal so now not sure if it is the set up or the supplied antenna is not to the same spec as the advertised one.
Does the job. November 13, 2005 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I had wireless problems, trying to get a decent signal in my bedroom. Everywhere else in the house was decent signal, but for whatever reason, not the bedroom. The computer is on the floor and in a desk unit to I decided to get a better antenna on an extension to move it to a better location.pI added this to a 54mbps belkin pci card and I got about 40% signal from nothing so it does the job, nothing to complain about.
