 Simple but effective November 9, 2008

Bought this as a stopgap for my son's computer which he inherited when I upgraded. It really is as simple as plug in, install from mini cd and off you go. It works perfectly on our home network connected to a homeplug. I can recommend it without hesitation. The marvellous thing is it actually works which makes a change for these sort of gizmos.

I bought an expensive laptop only to discover when I got it home that, although it had bells and whistles, it didn't have an RJ45 socket. br / br /The Lupo adaptor might seem slightly more expensive than its rivals but I think it's worth it. It's sturdily made and of high quality. This is one of those pieces of equipment you like to have on hand just in case... rsj45 -USB

I plugged in, installed the tiny software and I was ready to use the adapter within less than five minutes. Bear in mind that it might not work if it is used through a USB hub extension. To be on the safe, try it in a main port of your computer.

We had a connection broken on the RJ45 socket of our laptop quoted 155.00 to have it repaired, bought this adapter, plugged it in, loaded drivers and away it worked.Snug fit in to USB but you do have to be careful not to knock it.
