Since I don't travel with a laptop, an alternative method for re-charging the player was an obvious need, and this item has proved to be ideal. Also thoroughly recommended for those who, like me, prefer not to leave the PC switched on simply to charge a battery via the USB connection.

Bought to charge my Sony Walkman NWZ-A818 mp3 while on holiday - used it just the once but worked perfectly well. For 3.99, compared to duty free prices of about 15 for USB power adaptor - this one is the one is definately the one to go for!

Got this back in July, delivery really fast within 2 days of ordering it! Got it really for going on holiday with, as myself and partner have different MP3's Mine, Sony Walkman A806 Pink, his a Samsung!To be honest it was brill, just plugged into the adaptor on hol and charged both! We use it in the house now to charge them instead of plugging into computer to charge!If your Mp3 needs the USB port on your computer to charge it I cant see why this wouldn't work for you
