Every thing you expect from Sony. br / I am sure I will use this for at least five years. br / br / Two days later..... br / Sory to say this about sound. Very poor sound, two three meters away cant hear and now I will keep this for about five months.

I use this to record voice, and I love all its features - very easy to use. The one drawback is the machine noise that comes through (clicks and whirs), but for my purposes that's not a big problem. I'm hoping that experimenting with different volume levels on recording and/or playback may improve things.

I bought a new one beacuse I needed something to record my singing lessions. I have tried many diferent recorders, but I must say that this one is perfect. The mic record great. The sound is clear expecialy with high notes when usualy you get unreciognasible sound. Really, I am very setisfided!
