Superb, simple and growing support. br /Worked straight out of the box. Minor glitch when it upgraded itself but a quick email to the DIVX Connected forum and a revised upgrade was provided that solved the minor problem. br /This is going to be BIG as people write plugins to extend flexibility br /A great buy and highly recommended if you have a bit of PC understanding.

I am really happy with this piece of Kit. I use to have a Kiss DVD player that would play DivX files but it was never up to the job of high speed action scenes, then I used my laptop connected to the TV. This was a pain because of the cables etc...But now I have the DSM-330 and it is simplicity itself, once it is set up and that wasn't hard. Streaming is first class for me using a wi-fi connection and a PC that's 5 years old. I may end up buying another one of these for my other TV.

Received the box this morning and within 20 minutes I was watching movies and listening to music via a wireless connection. The setup is straight-forward if you already have a wireless network in place. br /The video and sound quality are first rate, I connected the box to my HD TV via the supplied HDMI cable. br /A product I would highly recommend.

I've been participating in the Beta test period for this device since it's early development and and I can only sing it's praises. br / br /Thanks to the large user base of testers and DivX's response to their requests and responses, the device is packed full of user friendly features yet remains easy to navigate and operate at all times. br / br /If you have a lot of digital video/audio/photo content on your PC and don't want to fork out the cash for a Media Centre Upgrade then this is the product for you. It makes access to your media library on your TV a doddle. Highly Recommended.
