4 out of 5 stars The only solution for exercising!   August 15, 2007

This will be my 4th pair! br / br /Lost one and two have worn out because of overuse (the connection rusted as a result of salt build up due to exercise). br / br /Simply the only headphones that will stay locked into the ears during exercise. Great sound, long lasting, reliable and cheap. br / br /The only criticism is the you cant buy replacement earpieces. br / br /Get them!

5 out of 5 stars Very good earphones at a very good price.   August 13, 2007

This is my third pair of these earphones, I use them every day and they last me on average two years. Which when you consider the low price is good value for money. br /The sound quality is excellent, and is a definate improvement over any stock earphones you get with your iPod, walkman, or other music players. Especially in the Bass department, which is where they excel, any other earphones I try just sound flat and depthless in comparison. br /I would suggest finding someone who has a pair of these already and give them a try before you buy them because the unique shape will not suit everyones ears. For me they are perfect, and I can jog about without them coming loose at all. br /The only small issue I have with them is that they do need cleaning every so often, which is possible if you carefully remove the rubber cover and then use a damp cotton-bud. Putting the covers back on is easy if you make sure to put them back the right way around! br / br /I don't really see any way of designing out this one minor flaw, and there are so many good points [did I mention the nifty little drawstring bag you get?] so for me this is my earphone of choice. Five stars.

4 out of 5 stars Fantastic headphones   August 7, 2007

I am just about to buy a new pair of these. The last ones I had were fantastic. Groove shaped earpieces are hard to find in an age of inner ear headphones. Unlike inner ear headphones though you get astounding sound quality without the hassle of having ear plugs in (i.e. feeling every bump and step you take thudding in your ear drums). br / br /These fit very snugly into the ear and you don't need to listen to music too loudly with them in. The bass is excellent, in fact the sound quality in general is excellent, I listen to a range of music from classical to metal and have found my enjoyment of the music improves with these phones. br / br /Why four stars? My last pair only lasted a year before one of the ear pieces gives in. Still, that is a longer life expectancy than most daily use headphones. br / br /Please keep groove shaped phones in business!

I looked through loads of Amazon reviews before settling on these, and God! Isn't the business confusing?! However, for the price these are a vast improvement on the free headphones that came with my ipod shuffle. Good all round sound, and they stay firmly in your ear however much you bop around! Plus, if you have your own personal radio station that is the ipod shuffle, these zappy black headphones come with a bag that is big enough for headphones shuffle combined. How neat is that?
