There is absolutely no doubt that this is the best sounding CHEAP ipod speaker system on the market - it really will amaze your friends. br /After a long while researching listening to various systems i bought the klipsch based on the reviews,its price tag and portability. br /For the money it is exceptional with lots of bass good looks to boot, it also sounds as good as the Bose. br /If there are any downsides these are them - br / br /The bass however punchy does start to get on your nerves after long listening periods - i know everyone wants lots of bass but on certain music it starts to take over. You can of course play around with the equaliser to lessen this a little but for me the problems still remains. br / br /The remote needs to be pointed right at the unit for it to work - this is a small niggle though. br / br /Overall you can't really fault this unit - it's ideal for anyone who wants a cheap great sounding ipod speaker system (it's cheap at 99!) but if you have a bigger budget try the Jamo as it exceptional. br / br / br /

I waited a long time before committing to this system but I now know that I made the right choice. The sound quality is wonderful and certainly as good (if not better) than the vastly more expensive Bose system. My wife has a 2nd generation Nano and I simply e-mailed the guys at Klipsch and the sent me an adaptor free of charge which arrived in about ten days. It really is a must buy.

Having read previous reviews I bought this item on recommendation and have to say I find it completely stunning. Not only does it exude quality and look good but the sound from my iPod is amazing. Not only that, but I can plug in my portable CD player using the supplied adaptor and play any CD I want through the Klipsch. An excellent piece of kit which I thoroughly recommend. By the way you can easily pay a lot more than the Amazon price for the same item from other suppliers!

Like all the other reviews state, this is definately as good as the Bose, enough said. br / br /What I would add though is that the second generation nano does not fit into any of the holders because its socket is not central. br / br /You can plug it in, but its not supported in any way. br / br /Its not a problem at the moment but I worry that too much use may stress the plug over time.

Waited for the box to arrive with eager anticipation . . the glossy black finish and sexy design compliments the iPod precisely and the sound is absolutely stunning from such a small unit. To say that I'm pleased as punch would be an understatement . . I'm thrilled with it ! Can't wait to have some friends round to show it off . . I know they're all going to love it. Less than a hundred pounds too for such quality sound and build. Excellent 5 out of 5
