Out of the box this iGrove is a very easy set up. Testing / listening to a variety of tracks from hip hop to pop to musical theatre to Latin to movie soundtracks you will love the warmth and depth of sound, which Klipsch states touches your sole; yep music brings memories and smiles and the iGrove wraps it in a pleasurable delivery package.
On playing Speaker Box I listen to deep rounded base, which is a bit deep for me but I have no way of altering the settings. Not a major draw back as 99% of the tune I play sounded excellent but we are all individuals thus base and treble controls would have been appreciated.
I have listened to a couple of iPod docking stations / speaker systems from 30 to 250, the iGrove is the best of them and beat the BOSE, so if you want warmth and depth for your digital music invest in an iGrove.
The docking adaptors work on my iPod Nano and Shuffle however the Shuffle is not charged when docked to the iGrove, which is a bit frustrating as you have to remove it and charge it its own dock then return it to the iGrove (well that is what happened to me so I have assumed this is standard practice or it may be a local fault to me...)

I had never heard of the name before and as it was intended as a wedding anniversary gift to my wife I wanted to get it right. The reviews were spot on and it was the right choice. I marvel at the quality of the sound - both high and low frequency. The sound is clear and rich, the size is perfect and the wife loves it. In addition to the wifes Ipod, I have also been able to connect my sony portable mini-disc player to it via the included adapter. The reviews/reviewers are priceless - don't ignore them!

Absolutely thrilled with this speaker system. Not only does it look good it sounds fantastic. We've challenged it will every type of music we have... Rock, Heavy Rock, Classical, Indie, Pop, Dance, Trance, R&B live and acustic sessions and not been able to fault it. The sound is crystal clear, even at some distance away. Gone are the days of annoying neighbours with thump, thump, thump of distorted bass - they can listen to the entire song now and are putting in requests

I have had my i-groove for 4 months now and it has totally changed the way i listen to music. The ultra expensive Technics seperates have been boxed and stored away in the loft!
Soundwise it is excellent with a rich harmonic room filling sound. Even at low volumes it can be heard upstairs!
My only slight gripe is when its cranked, the i-pod vibrates against the dock which can be heard quite significantly. That is why i wont give it 5 stars.
Overall i would say it is fantastic value for money and sounds slightly better than the Bose version. (my friend has one)
I say buy one, you will not be dissapointed :)

Buy it buy it buy it. It arrived yesterday and i spent the whole evening listening to music. Top qaulity sound clear and crisp with rich base. The unit is small and stylish. I can't see another ipod docking sysem out there that is better
