I found this armband to be excellent, it fits my 17 1/2 inch biceps perfectly, it's also worth mentioning that the new ipod nano fits well with the armband. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that only God can be perfect.

The XtremeMac SportWrap is an excellent design - in my opinion much better than apples own and with much greater versatility - Wrist and upper arm straps - excellent idea. br /Also size wise the upper arm band easily fits my 17" bicep where apples was holding on by 2 hairs of the velcro.
