Just gone through reviews for the Sennheiser 'phones. Many folk seem to have problems fitting them. I too seem to have tiny ear canals and ordinary earphones were painful and kept dropping out. I have the Creative version(v.good). There is a definite correct procedure for inserting this type of 'phone. They work like a quality industrial standard earplug and must be "inserted" thus; with left hand reach over head and pull up and out the top of your right ear. This stretches and opens up your ear canal. Push 'phone in firmly, possibly with a wiggle action, hold in for a couple of seconds to "seat" (you may also find pulling the earlobe outwards gives you a couple extra mm's) gently release your ear while keeping light pressure on 'phone for brief moment. Repeat for other ear. This should achieve a pretty airtight fit. If you rub your fingertips together close up to the ear, you shouldn't be able to hear it. This takes a bit of practice to perfect, but worth it. The only annoying thing is someone is bound to want to talk to you the moment you achieve perfect fit!

The best earphones I've ever owned! When they are in your ears and you are playing music virtually all external noise is blocked. I use them at work in a noisy open plan office, my colleagues usually have to resort to throwing something at me to get my attention - and I don't listen to my music at that high a level! They are also great at dampening sounds when flying. br / br /The sound from the buds is really rich with lots of bass. I've only come accross a couple of tunes where the bass distorts - but for less than 20 who's complaining?

These headphones are truly fantastic. The bass response is unbelievable for such compact headphones. The mid and treble frequencies remain crisp and rich and the general sound is just brilliant. I would recommend buying these headphones over any others, though as stated elsewhere, do be careful in case you should buy some fakes as I did not so long ago. Fortunately the seller was very understanding and gave a full refund and said to throw the fakes away. I am now going to get myself another set to replace my recently broken ones, which met death by custard.
