I and my husband were thinking about buying a TV for our bedroom for long time. We did a lot of research and eventually bought this TV from Amazon. It proved that Sony is the best decision we made! Brilliant TV, and we use it as PC monitor too.. I would highly recommend to everyone. Fast delivery too, got the TV 2 working days after the order. Well done, Amazon and City Link.

There are lots of decent technical reviews on here so I am going to keep things simple. br / br /Had the TV for a a couple of weeks now and I love it. I do A LOT of research before buying these type of things and overall at the time of purchase, it looked like the best TV out there in terms of picture quality, sound and build quality. br / br /In usage, none of the above lets it down. I haven't tried using it to its full capacity yet but for normal TV watching it looks and sounds great. I get really bad reception in my house from internal aerials but this picked up a signal instantly and I can now get all freeview chanels (I didn't get any previously from a freeview box). The only hesitation I had about the bravia was its looks but the pictures really don't do it justice. It's not flashy, just very sleek and understated in the gunmetal grey - love it. br / br /The disadvantages (and I am being very critical) are: It is a little chunkier then you might expect (definitely not something to worry about unless you are hanging it, in which case, maybe take a look at one in a store), and the control could be a little simpler (again I am being very critical). br / br /To summarise - Advantages: Great picture, sound, looks, build quality, freeview, inputs - well everything. Downsides: Pretty much nothing.

I bought this as a gift for someone (yes I am generous) and well, after helping set it up, and watching tv on it for 10 mins...I decided I want one! br / br /Sony products speak for themselves. br / br /However, if you are coming from a CRT TV, do not expect fantastic colours if you are viewing SD content, this TV only stands out when viewing HD content. br / br /Overall I think this TV is great. Good service from Amazon and City Link. Ordered Sunday, arrived Wednesday.
