WOW! what a difference a Sony makes May 2, 2008 M. Morbey (Essex) 15 out of 15 found this review helpful
I used to own an Orion 32" LCD with 1200:1 contrast ratio and the set suffered badly from ghosting when I was watching blue ray DVDS. The picture was clear but something just didn't sit right. br / br /I saw this TV and thought that 400 for a Sony LCD TV was a deal not to be missed and as a result brought the TV. The TV arrived yesterday and the difference was amazing. The picture is crisp and clear and perfect for blu rays on a PS3. br / br /The sound quality I found to be way above average sets. To be honest if you are used to mind shaking bass then this TV won't exactly make the house rumble but for a living room TV 32" Sony you could do alot worse. Buy it now before this dissapears for good. br / br /
Absolute Corker of an LCD! April 1, 2008 K. Marway (LDN/TYO) 13 out of 14 found this review helpful
Purchased the Sony BRAVIA after I had been in the market for a while for a new TV. br / br /Brought it home, set it up (an absolute breeze!) and turned on the Sky Box, SD (Standard Definition) picture is okay - as one may expect, but then plugged in my PS3 via HDMI, and WOW! br / br /Started GTHD (Gran turismo HD) and what an eyeball piercing experiencing, colours pop and the screen really delivers, in Sony's own words; br / br /'colour like.no.other' br / br /Get this LCD, You won't be disappointed, the BRAVIA RealityMAX engine found in this piece of kit is just too much too pass up on, plug in your PS3 via HDMI, and you'll wonder how you ever got along with SD PS3!!!
Great TV, low price! March 16, 2008 D. Smith (UK) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
Like the rest, I bought this TV from a well known supermarket, an offer too good to refuse, 449 for a Sony 32". The set up was easy and only took 5 minutes. The picture and sound are great. Once I connected up my Xbox 360 I was blown away by the quality! br / br /Scanning through the digital channels was not as easy as I would like but this is a small niggle in an otherwise great package. br / br /If you're looking for a great 32" set, give this one some serious thought.

like the rest fo the reviews I was looking around in well known supermarket and saw this telly and at 449 could not hope for a better prices as a second telly, for the money it is o.k as SD picture via Aerial is not that brilliant, I have not yet fed any HD source only via hdmi as yet.. br / br /for the money it is o.k.,and for a second room telly there are plentyconnections at the back 2 x scarts,1 x component 2 x hdmi and 1 x 15 pin PC connection. with Audio in/out to hook up to external hifi.
A 32" Sony for 450 - Bargain November 25, 2007 Mr. P. J. Sampson (Bristol, UK) 24 out of 24 found this review helpful
For months I've been trying to decide which LCD to purchase, but having researched the area heavily I was no nearer a decision. For my budget of 450, I couldn't decide which was the best 26" TV to get. Then, wandering round a well-known supermarket, I saw this 32" Sony for under 450. The price immediately grabbed my attention, and looking at the picture, I was impressed by the way it handled Standard Definition TV. The sound was also good - admittedly, it doesn't compare to a dedicated surround sound system, but it's one of the best sounding TV's I've ever owned. br / br /To get the Sony Brand name at such a bargain price is amazing - I'm really pleased with my purchase.
