I have br /a rear mounted aerial on my car and still manage to get a good sound. br /A previous reviewer has mentioned the hissing sound, but I found after br /starting my car and removing the device from the lighter socket and then br /replacing it I can get a clear sound; if I don't do this there is some br /interference. br / br /I can recommend this gadget, although I suppose the sound quality may vary on the car and the strength of local radio stations transmissions. br / br /

It arrived very quickly and was up and running in under five minutes. Sound quality is good and I only had to change frequency when I was travelling a long distance and moving into areas where there was a radio broadcasting on the same frequency. Excellent value for money.
