Doesn't work with the iPod Classic either November 27, 2007

which is more apple's fault than Belkin's. Works fine on my old 2nd gen Nano, but you'll need to buy a universal transmitter (with the 3.5mm jack plug on, rather than one like this with the iPod connector) if you've got the Touch, the Classic or the new Nano.

Having been tired of retuning my previous ipod tuner; I thought to try this product, despite the mixed reviews due to the low cost. I travel from Belfast to Dublin (100 miles) on weekly basis, so my ipod is essential. br / br /Having made the trip on numerous occasion now, with my Belkin tuner; I can say that I have never had to amend the frequency from the default, the sound has been crystal clear, only once was there any interference which only lasted a few minutes. A few people have referenced that these products work well only with new cars\radios, my car radio is nearly 10 years old and the sound is excellent. br / br /The only negative factor it did drain the battery, probably why they supply an in car ipod charger. br /

Great design and everything but need the charger for the best singal. It's take ages for you to find a channel. There might be something wrong whith mine but the up and down arrows have a massive delay if it works at all which makes it really hard to tune it in. I would still recommed to get one but maybe not this one.
