5 out of 5 stars Good for Old Bangers   August 31, 2008

My car is a 1993 Renault diesel with 150,000 miles on the clock. A stiff test, then, for the Supertooth Voice noise reduction system. It passed with flying colours, clear sound, easy setup with a Sony Ericsson K750i, even the voice control works well. It fits nicely on the visor, being about the size and weight of a mobile phone. Charging is less convenient for me as the Renault cigar lighter is turned off unless the engine is on (the French only smoke when driving, apparently), but the Voice does charge from a PC through a digital camera lead, not mentioned in the instructions but useful. Apart from professionally installed systems, this is the best handsfree I have seen.

4 out of 5 stars Best bluetooth handsfree device I have tried   August 26, 2008

I have owned a parrot, a Jabra SP5050 (far far far too quiet) and now purchased the supertooth voice. This device is loud, easy to set-up and callers have told me its the best sound quality of all the devices I have owned. br / br /It integrates really nicely with my Blackberry Curve I use for work. I have only given it 4 stars because I cannot upload my phone book from my iPhone 3G- dissapointing.

4 out of 5 stars Re the point about charging   May 28, 2008

An earlier reviewer is dissapointed that it only comes with a car charger, but the charging socket is a standard mini-USB. It can be charged from a PC or other mini usb charger. Anyone with an HTC phone (eg XDA Trion/Stellar/Orbit - or Orange M3100/TYTN II - or T mobile Vario 2 or 3 etc) should be very happy as your car and desk chargers will do both. br /Its great for me as I have a mini USB cable off my PC at work to charge/sync my PDA, I just pop the supertooth on there to charge it. br / br /Only had it a day so will try and update review later - just wanted to clear up that point tho. (Hence 4 stars at the moment)

5 out of 5 stars Fantastic! - buy one!   March 17, 2008

I have had 3 bluetooth visor speakers in the last 12 months and they have all been so bad that it is impossible to have a conversation - then I bought this one and it is fantastic. Everyone can hear me perfectly and I can hear them. It announces who is calling and you just shout "OK" to take the call. You can voice dial too if your phone supports voice dialling. The clip supplied fits the visor and the unit attaches with magnets so it is easy to take off and hide away when not in use. Also the battery lasts for ages. I cannot praise it enough, especially after all the bad buys I had before.
