I purchased this mop as a busy working mum of 3 boys and a puppy. I was impressed with its cleaning ability however felt that it was a very slow way of cleaning my floors. I find it much quicker to use my Vileda mop and get the same results. br / br /I also found that the floors were extremely wet after wards and took forever to dry. br / br /On the whole...cleaning ability - good....speed - not so good. br / br /I would not buy another one when this one breaks.

I was so excited when I bought this and have only had this product for 1/2 an hour so far. I was disappointed that it makes a whirring noise it felt the pump was broken. Did anybody else have a whirring noise. Also the floors were not bone dry as I was doing it although it was drier that a mop. Will keep trying and post another review later but if anyone is reading this that has one can you let me know if your makes a whirring noise.

Bought this mop after watching all the selling jargon for months on sky but never doing anything about it. Finally got round to getting one and have to say its great. Does what it says it does. Laminate floors are coming up great and its so easy to use, just fill with water plug in and go and with no chemicals (great for us overprotective mummies). Don't take long at all and its done. Only down side is that the wire isn't that long but with an extension cable you can get round the house without the hassel of swaping plus etc. br /Really pleased
