One of the best British comedies EVER. Seriously you won't regret buying it. Every character is amazingly funny. Dry, sarcastic, quit witted humor. Some cringy bits with great story lines. br / br /*********buy it!*********

I saw this by accident on tv and couldn't believe how funny it was and how individual. It's like nothing else around because it's not bland or politically correct, it's not grotesque, and it's not trying to make the viewer squirm with embarrassment. Some scenes fall flat , but the rest work so well and the way it's made also helps. Much of the show feels ad libbed around a script which needs a good cast to be effective, and this array are excellent. Good to see Gordon Brittass's wife has found a job! I hope those who have never heard of it give it a chance because it's in a league of its own. There's a lot of good reviews here for a non primetime comedy and there's a good reason for that!

this has to be one of the best comedies released in a while. if you like random, weird, but hilarious, comedy, then Green Wing is the best TV show for you. it may not be very intellectual or anything like that, but it is brilliant. br / br /a few people have complained about the fast motion bits, but without them, some parts would be really boring. br / br /Green Wing is basically a soap made up of lots of comedy sketches. Each episode is 50 mins long, which is quite unusual for a TV show, but they are so funny i wouldn't want less than that! br / br /If you're looking for a high-minded, intellectual comedy, don't buy this. But if you just want a good laugh at hysterically funny, random comedy, then Green Wing is for you. br / br /Buy it!
