A great film with great actors - especially lovely McAvoy as scruffy gambler Max! This is fairy tale romance as good as it gets, and the connection between the two is very believable. You'll watch this film again and again! br / br /

Can you imagine something worse br /Than being born under a curse? br /A young girl with a pretty pout br /That's in the shadow of her snout br /Until the day one of her own br /Shall make their true love freely known br / br /Her mother tries to make a match br /By landing a blue-blooded catch br /But each man that might break the spell br /Takes one quick look, then runs like hel! br /Leaving a disappointed lass br /And one big pile of shattered glass br / br /But then along comes scruffy Max br /Who doesn't leave burnt tire tracks br /But stays instead to have a chat br /And make some music in B-Flat br /But when it comes down to the crunch br /He leaves just like the other bunch br / br /So off she runs, Penelope br /The whole wide world's for her to see br /But it's no fun without some cash br /And so she gets herself a stash br /And sets about just living life br /Without the husband-hunting strife br / br /It ends exactly as you'd think br /Penelope is in the pink br /But half the fun is getting there br /And this one's great, I do declare br /If you like fantasy, and fun br /I recommend you see this one br / br / br /Short Attention Span Summary (SASS) br / br /1.
